Hello, beautiful brides-to-be! I’m coming to you with a super practical and helpful tip for your wedding day: all about your hair and makeup. And no, it’s not about the actual hair or makeup – but the time it takes to have it done! Keep reading to see what I mean.

Running Late isn’t so Glam-orous!

When scheduling your hair and makeup on your wedding day, the best tip I have for brides is to plan for it to end about 30 minutes before you initially thought it should (45 minutes if you have a fabulous, large bridal party). Why? Because, this is the element most likely to run behind on your special day!

Why Be Proactive?

Picture this: a relaxed morning of pampering, laughter, and sipping mimosas with your bridal squad. That’s the dream, right? Well, we want to keep it stress-free. Ending your hair and makeup session a tad earlier than expected gives you a cushion of time. If things go smoothly, fantastic! You have a bit of bonus time to enjoy the pre-wedding excitement with your favorite people. And if, by chance, things run a bit behind, no sweat—you’ve planned for it.

Why Rush-Free Glam Matters:

Your hair and makeup artists are artists, and you don’t want to rush art. By allowing a buffer in your schedule, you ensure they have the time they need to make you look and feel absolutely stunning without the stress. Great news is, your makeup artists are often SO on top of their schedule – but things go awry sometimes, bridesmaids miss their makeup slot, need an extra touchup…you know the drill!
